Good morning. I noticed that orders were being marked as having shipping delays when in fact they had shipped. The issue was with Printify order updates. That issue has since been corrected and the correct data has now populated but I notice that my star seller stats still show that orders were delayed. I hope that information can be corrected as well so that I, and others affected by this issue, do not lose star seller status. Thank you for your time.

A failed integration is, in their view, irrelevant.
Long before Star Seller was even a twinkle in someone's eye, we got into the habit of always checking the previous day's shipments to make sure that they show at least 'in transit' so that we could fix any orders with an issue within the 72 hours we are allocated.
Just so you know, even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).
Thank you for your reply. I contacted Etsy and they claimed that they look at technical issues as reported in this forum. I figured it was a long shot and accept that sometimes these things happen. Fortunately, the customers are getting their items on time and that's what really matters.
