How to add a new Patoneer account to already existing shop?

Hello! 

So, I've had my Etsy shop running, got no orders but was able to post items fine. Then I found some payoneer information that was concerning, so stupidly, I admit, I deleted my Payoneer account. Etsy put my shop on vacation mode. Now I;ve made a new payoneer account using my second email adress. But I can't figure out where and how I can update my payoneer acc in my etsy shop. It keeps telling me I have to verify my old (lost) payoneer account. The support team answered one and then have been ignoring me for 2 days already... I don't know, what to do? any ideas?

There is a notice about shops that use Payoneer and what they might need to do.

I agree that having to verify an old account before adding the new one is an odd request. When shops here in the US were having issue verifying account, some had to contact Etsy & request they "unlink" the banking info. from the store. This would allow them to change their banking information so that just the new bank account needed to be verified

You might have to ask Etsy to do this. But do realize that Etsy's customer service to shop owners is back logged & it may take a long time for them to get back to you. .
