Shipping date not calculating processing Times

I've set my products processing time to 6-8 weeks but the estimated shipping time tells clients that the product Will arrive un the next few days, I've updated shipping profile few times but It doesn't work

I see Sept ninth as the arrival date were I to order. If you need more time change the processing time.

(FYI I would suggest completing your shop.   You need shop policies for the EU and you need to accept returns unless these are custom items.   And your about page. Also pre-order is very tricky.  It's really not the best way to list on Etsy.  If you don't have the product now to ship, you may be better off waiting until you have your supply in. ) 

To add, you don't have photos of what the buyer would get?  That can be another problem.  Buyers could easily open NAD cases if you are not showing the actual item they will receive.

@Zukaichu: Labeling listings as pre-orders is always a little iffy on Etsy and if you are truly making them yourself, you would probably be better off marketing them as made to order with the appropriate production time. Then when you have sufficient stock on hand, edit the listing to reflect the correct processing time.

Plus you need to include your licensing information for the trademarked and copyrighted names and images in your shop in your listing (as well as including the attributions the license no doubt requires), otherwise buyers (and Etsy) may conclude they are counterfeits. Including the licensing information will show that you are not selling those items illegally.

Trademark infringement is a good way to have Etsy shut down your shop and have lawyers knocking at your door.

Additionally there are reports that an incomplete shop (no location, about, policies) hurts a shop in search rankings.
