Even though I prepared my products very carefully and on time to be a star seller, I saw that the on-time shipping status of one of my cargo was "no".
product order date is 14 December
Shipping date 22 December
My shipping option is 8-10 days.
Even though my other products have similar shipping dates, there is no problem with them.
Details like these are very important for new businesses like me. What can be done to fix this and where can we apply?

I think I understood the problem, at first I entered the tracking number incorrectly, but then I corrected it and when I queried with the number I corrected, I see that it is now delivered on time. However, he cannot see it because his tracking number has changed in the system.

Since you were able to edit the tracking number on the actual order within the allowed 72 hour window your statistics should update within several days once the first scan is publicly available and the tracking number can be verified. Your percentage was affected because an unsupported shipping company or invalid / unverified tracking number equals shipped without tracking.
If you wait until the date Etsy says it is due, depending on your time zone, it may be marked late. Be sure you get it shipped the day BEFORE Etsy says it is due to avoid this problem. Once it is marked late, there is no way to fix it.
I set my ship by dates a few days longer than I usually need, although I usually ship within a day of getting an order. It is better to underpromise and over deliver instead of the other way around.
