Shipping costs not showing up on my new listings

When I go to my listings the shipping cost isn't showing up for my new listings. Not my older re-listed listings which are mixed in with my new listings. I type in a zip code in the calculated shipping cost box and the shipping price doesn't show. Anyone else having this issue?

I checked my time zone, country and city and they are all correct. Thanks for the advice!

My issue was resolved. What you I needed to do was go to Etsy chat and ask the customer service rep to reset your country of origin. It fixed my problem immediately. You might see that your country is already set to the US but on Etsy's end they have to reset it.

Glad you got the problem fixed. Though one does have to wonder what happened that the settings you see aren't 'read' accurately by Etsy.

Yes, if I wanted to cover cost of shipping and I have to know the actual cost in advance correct. The old form to list was a snap. I know I can't be alone on that.

I am missing this and options to countries I would ship to. Frustrating. Who knows how long it has been showing that I do not ship to Canada. I just got a message today and trying to fix this and can't find options in my listings for it. I don't even have the options that Etsy Help describes to fix my problem !
