Shipping confirmation somehow reset to snippet

Dear Etsy,

I sent a shipping confirmation, starting with the snippet and adjusting it for this specific customer. However, what appears now under order is the snippet text. Not the adjusted text. Which makes me look very bad since it contains a name that is not the name of the customer...

I think this is a bug, since I adjusted the snippet before sending it.

You might have forgotten to click Save after you changed it. You have to do that for the new one to take for that customer.
