Messages will not send

I'm trying to reply to a message. The Send button just grays out for a second and turns black/active again but the reply won't actually send. Is this a bug or is it on my end? I tried refreshing and opening a new tab and neither worked.

It's happening to me too, and I can't buy shipping labels or even mark orders as fulfilled.

The message issue is happening on my laptop, iPad and phone, both the web version and Etsy app so I'm thinking it's not me...

I'm trying to write to my buyers, and the messages won't go through. Looks like an Etsy bug that needs fixing.

Etsy's site is a mess today. Don't stress. It is normal especially on Mondays, near the end of a quarter or quarterly financial reports. Most likely they are doing a big batch or new tests or making some final-ish changes and they didn't go as planned. It will go back to "normal" in a few hours or so.

I ship items offsite to be able to avoid these issues. Messages. We just have to deal with. I start them in a word doc so then I can past them in later. Then you just have to deal with the late orders due to inability of customers being able to respond or you to send them a message. Stinks...

Never mind…. Messages seemed to send on the blue Etsy app but I take that back. Not sent.

Happened to me to worked after I closed all tabs, shut down computer and then started it back up again not refresh or restart shut down and then start again.

eBay sellers can’t print shipping labels either.
