Shipping adding extra costs when over 10 items per item.

We are noticing a random increase in shipping costs when our customers are ordering 10 items plus and is adding shipping cost to per item instead of the normal shipping rate for an order.

You have to enter a shipping cost for ships with another item

Shipping is charged entirely according to how you set it up.

If you use calculated shipping, I would check that you have all your package profiles filled out correctly. I think you need to have a package size listed that's big enough for all the items purchased. Settings - Shipping Settings - Package Preferences
