Shipping Weight Field is Missing

Whether I use the old or new listing versions, I am unable to input my item's weight. This has been going on for the past 2 months and support has been zero help.

I have yet to be able to list anything this month because it doesn't allow you to list without putting in the shipping weight.

And yes, I have a shipping profile. The same one I've been using for years. 

This is so frustrating. 

Any input on this would be appreciated!

@CarolinaFashionHouse  I never have to enter a shipping weight when listing. I always use the duplicate feature, then edit where necessary.

@CarolinaFashionHouse  To add the weight, go into the listing.  Where it says item weight and szie under Shipping, click on the +Add item weight and size.  That opens the box up to add the information.

Add weight and size is for calculated shipping.  If you have a profile then select that.  If that is a fixed shipping profile you don't need weight and size.

If you have a calculated shipping profile select that and then the boxes for weight and dimensions open up.

That's how I used to do it, but for whatever reason, the box no longer opens up to enter that information.

I have the same problem. I dont have the button product weight.

@LeorJewellery  maybe because you have no listings. There is no reason to add the weight when listing because you can't use calculated shipping. Only shops in the US and Canada can use that feature.

Same issue, i'm not in america and they ask me to fill item weight but I can't fill because there is no box

I have had this issue for 11 weeks now. Etsy support stopped replying after initial acknowledgement. Has anyone found any workaround or fix on this? I am in UK and on fixed shipping. My shop has been running for years on same shipping profile and same listings without this issue. I can't find any pattern as to which listings will save edits as normal (some work fine), and which will give error message 'Add weight' (that I have no option for) and not save any changes. I'm losing sales as I can't add new stock, and having to refund customers for orders I can't fulfil, since I can't remove sold out stock.
