I wrote about this yesterday but still no help on how to fix the issue.
My shipping upgrades on most of my listings are not showing when a potential customer "views" their cart. When ones goes to "view cart & checkout" it should have the options to select the shipping upgrade before moving on the "proceed to checkout" but they are not there for them to select.
I have reached out to chat but not much help, although they did try so I'm thankful for that, but chat could not find a solution and stated they would email me with more details to try to resolve the issue. I received the email today but what was suggested I do, I had already had some of my listings that way and they did not show the upgrades either. I edited the shipping once again even as suggested but what do you know...still not showing. I responded to the email that the suggestion did not resolve the issue and I'm waiting for a resolution.
My shipping upgrades are enabled and I deleted all shipping profiles that I had created about 3 months ago thinking that may have been an issue as I have lately not had orders with shipping upgrades when I usually do.
Does anyone else know what might be the issue or if they have had this issue and if so, how did you resolve it?

The items I looked at had shipping upgrades in the shopping cart.
Which item do you think is missing it?

@Adorabilities Thank you for doing that.
The ones that the 2 customers were looking at was my pregnancy test with a pink ones and one with blue ones for the first photo. Here is the link to that listing and for the other one another customer asked how to upgrade because they could not select it because it was not there.
Those 2, chat was not able to see the upgrades either yesterday. Its just so odd as today support sent me a screen shot of my mini pinatas that did have the upgrades showing but they did not check the ones that I was having the issues with and asked about.

I see shipping upgrades on both of them: free, priority, and express. I don't use the app, if that makes a difference.

Thank you for checking and for letting me know you did not use the app.
I received an email from Etsy support suggesting for me to log out, clear cache, using a different browser, ect... then to log back in and edit the "delivery" section which is supposed to be "shipping" section when one edits their listings. Not sure why they called it "delivery" section and then they asked for me to wait 24 hours to see if the issue has resolved. I did as suggested but still having the same issues for some that the upgrade is not visible.
I happy that you and another helping me out are able to view the upgrades. Hopefully its just a glitch for some.
I guess I have to wait the 24 hours and see. Fingers crossed.

I only see shipping upgrades on your listings … free, $4.50 PM, $27 PME.

This is so odd. Those are the shipping upgrades that I have for customers to select. However, my potential customer was not able to view them to select them. The Etsy chat agent yesterday also did not see it and stated that they would reach out to me via email with someone higher up but that was not much of a helpful email to resolve the issue.
I'm so confused. I'm not sure what to do.
I even did incognito and it does show there but on my husband's phone is does not show and my sister in law also checked and it did not show the upgrades on her phone.
This is to strange.

I used my phone to check … upgrades clearly show when viewing checkout in google (desktop website view). Otherwise no they don’t show when viewed in the app. Upgrades don’t usually show unless buyer enters zip code. Perhaps that’s why your buyer could not see them?

My husband he did not use the app on his phone, he went to the website and it did not show and he did enter a zip code as a guest. My sister in law, I'm not sure if she used the app but she sent me screen shots to show me what appeared and the upgrades where not there to select.
I'm at a loss.

I would agree, the zip code is the issue.
If the shopper is a guest or has no Etsy profile, the zip code field is not filled and the calculated shipping options will not show. I presume, if you set flat fee shipping, it will show the options but if the "non-free" upgrade options on your items are calculated, then they cannot show them until a zip code is entered.
I think this is also why many of the response here say it looks fine and they can see the options, because they have Etsy accounts and have a zip code in their profile.

I’m having the same problem. Can view upgrades on an iPad or desktop but are not showing on a phone
