I'm new here and just settin gup my shop. When I sell via my website, I use Royal Mail Special Delivery to ship all my items as I make handcrafted sterling silver jewellery and I need an insured service that offers tracking and compensation if an order gets lost of damaged in transit.
When I set my shop up here (selling brass items) I just automatically selected the same option as it's what I'm used to. Someone on here pointed out that might put people off, so I looked at other options and found that Royal Mail Tracked 24 and 48 would offer a similar service for a lower cost.
So I set up a new shipping option for Tracked 48 (£3) with the option to upgrade to Tracked 24 (£4) or Special Delivery (£8) to give customers all the options. However when I view my shop in a borwser I'm not logged in on, I can't see any of these options if I add something to my basket. It just says Delivery £3. I've gone through the checkout as a Guest and still not seeing any upgrade options - when do they appear?
Or have I missed a setting somewhere?
