I just changed the shipping time on all of my listings. The new listing time is
there in my listings that I can see but when I click on an item in the shop the old
listing time is still there. Also, what does the term Shipping Profile refer to. Is that
a name I make up or is it the name of a Shipping Company such as UPS?
I would appreciate some help.

I appreciate the help but I still need to know why, after changing all the listing times for my items the change is only reflected in the listing information I can see.
When I click on the item in my shop where others see the information, the shipping time has not been changed. I changed the time for all of them but the new shipping time is not in the listings that people see.
Try signing out, deleting cookies/history and try again. If it is still there...you can contact Etsy under the "community and help" and then "contact us" Keep selecting until you get the option for email. Unless, of course, you are one of the lucky ones that has chat.
