Hi I’m having issues with my status on shipping not being correct/ updating. I have orders that’s been delivered days ago still saying pre transit. I’ve send screenshots of post office receipts, in which was supposedly sent to technical support. However I’ve received any update or status update. HELP!!
I will go through my shop. 90% of the item are handmade.
@Naturalblizz: If you are using USPS, there have been multiple reports in this forum of issues with recent shipments not correctly updating. As an aside, you might want to be more worried that you do not have any shop policies, that some of your items seem to be making medical claims ( see https://www.etsy.com/legal/policy/medical-drug-claims/239976157654 ) and some of your listings appear to be items you are reselling even though you mark them as handmade.

As per tracking, are you using the package service on Etsy labels? Are you using another service that transfers the tracking number to the item? Are the packages a flat or letter, pre-transit is normal and they don't always update.
Are you having the packages scanned when you take them to the post office? The receipt should have information on it that includes the scan. If it does not then your post office may not be scanning the items. This is especially true if they are letters/flats.
Are you coming home and entering the tracking number if you are not using Etsy labels or Pirateship? Are the numbers entered correctly?
Since we are only fellow sellers we cannot offer help beyond advice.
Make sure your packages get scanned when you take them into the post office. If you see they don't update within 24 hours check wit your post office to see if they are scanning packages.
Sometimes even with that Etsy's tracking software may miss a package or two for anyone.
