so my shipping stats have been constantly going DOWN after each order is timely shipped and marked as such.
each order has gone out before schedule, sometimes the same day as the order comes in, and sometimes hand delivered per the buyers request. no matter how it's shipped, it is immediately marked, with the tracking number except, of course, the hand delivery, which is also marked as such. I just had two orders. One went out on Tuesday (before shipping deadline) and the other is being picked up this Friday. My shipping stats on the Star Seller went from 73% DOWN to 67%. HOW does that make ANY sense?
is anyone else experiencing this issue? any ideas on how I can get it to accurately reflect my shipping? this is giving off a bad signal to potential buyers-one that I don't deserve.
appreciate any help!

Will local pickup orders be part of my evaluation for a Star Seller badge?
All physical listing orders must include a valid tracking number or a shipping label purchased on Etsy to be considered for a Star Seller badge. At this time, we’re unable to make exceptions for local pickup orders.
This also applies to delivery orders.

Re: Shipping Stats
If you are referring to the star seller, everything has to have tracking to qualify.

Re: Shipping Stats
that makes no sense when some orders are local pick up. either way, why am I being dinged for it? I would think the percentage would just stay the same if nothing else.

Re: Shipping Stats
You get 10 orders and only provide tracking for 5 = 50%
You get another order making 11 and still only 5 have tracking = 5/11*100 = 45%
The percentage goes down because the numbers used to get the percentage, changes.

That's just the way it works.

Re: Shipping Stats
It has always worked that way. I think hand delivering an item is good customer service. Too bad it makes you lose points, in a program that is meant to track customer service.
