My shipping stats dropped into 60% range for whatever reason about a week ago. I shipped everything up to today, nothing is late. Even used Etsy labels to ship. Nothing changes at all. I always kept my shipping above 80%. Is this a problem with algorithm? Does anyone else has this problem?

@HandmadeCraftSupply: You need to check the applicable CSV file on your Customer Service (Star Seller) page to see what Etsy thinks is late or otherwise has something wrong with it. In particular make sure that *Had processing time?* = yes, *Ship by* has a date, *Tracking/label date* has a date, and *Shipped on time?* = yes. Remember that Star Seller dates / times are in UTC not your time zone.
Sometimes orders are not included until after the scheduled ship by date regardless of when you actually shipped.

@HandmadeCraftSupply: If using a browser, to get the CSV file go to the Customer Service page, select 'Current Review Period' or 'Previous Review Period' as appropriate, then click on the 'On-time Shipping & Tracking' card and in the pop up there will be a 'Download order history' link.
As long as its shipped and the customer get the tracking data then it gets delivered that all we as sellers can do. The rest is on Etsy dont let the small stuff bother you. If your offering a good product and delivering on time thats all we can do. Stats are a constant issue. Check the forums on the 4th or 5th of each month its all about stats being wrong. Basically just focus on your business Etsy will do what Etsy does.

Also, I realized there is an order I canceled several months back that is still shows as active. I tried to close it with a tracking number but it gives me an "Invalid Order Id" message. Perhaps this is what is affecting the stats? I am perplexed
So, is anyone from customer support can look at the problem?
