Shipping - Star Seller glitch?

Last Wednesday, the 9th of November I shipped out two orders. I bought the shipping labels outside of Etsy as I'm from the Netherlands. I entered both tracking codes and completed the orders. Today I noticed my shipping percentage for the star seller badge dropped from 100% down to 94% The one to Israel is saying it's in pre-transit and shipped without tracking although I entered the correct tracking code. That can't be right... I'm not sure what to do about this. More people that are experiencing the same problem?

@SoSoSoftStudio: Have the packages been scanned? Have you checked the CSV file to make sure that Etsy does not think something else is wrong?  If the shipper is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order. Often recent shipments are not correctly / timely updated. Usually a day or two after the package has been scanned the CSV file correctly shows tracking and shipment status.

Thank you so much for your explanation. The shipper is supported by Etsy, PostNL. The shipped date, tracking number and shipping company are all correct. I have a lot of orders that state they are still pre-transit or on their way, although they are delivered months ago. But never got penalized for it. I never shipped an order late and always buy tracking. Hopefully the CSV file will be updated soon as it was an unpleasant surprise to be dropped down to 94%
