Hello! I had two transactions that were reported as not having tracking, but they DID have them. I wonder if it was because they were part of three orders shipped together, so I just copied and pasted the same tracking number from the first package? I know it isn't a huge deal,but it bothers me it wasn't recorded properly and if there is another way to do this.

@4HeartsPaperCraftCo: We often combine multiple orders into a single shipment and put the same tracking information on both orders with no issues. Have you checked the applicable CSV file if there is some other issue like a missing processing time? How long ago did you ship? Have the packages been scanned?
If the shipper is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual orders. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order. Often recent shipments are not correctly / timely updated. Usually a day or two after the package has been scanned the CSV file correctly shows tracking and shipment status.

Thank you for responding! I did check the CSV and it is the tracking number. I use Etsy labels. I have copied and pasted the tracking number previously with no issues. It has been accepted at the PO ( yesterday). Maybe it will switch back to show it has the tracking?

Hmm I'm having this issue too. I've combined orders before with no problem as long as I upload the same tracking number for both orders. Etsy is now saying I have one package without a tracking number. I assume it is the one that I combined, maybe it's not recognizing the number? This package has already been delivered so it was in the USPS system ok.
@CirclesOfStoneShop: Look at the applicable CSV file on your Star Seller page to see which order Etsy thinks there is an issue with.
