Shipping/Printify

Shipping issue should not be seller false if printify delayed.  How can you fight it?

Re: Shipping/Printify

@TechTimeWithT: "How can you fight it?" Unfortunately there is nothing to fight. It is the shop's responsibility to make sure that an order ships on time, whether they make it themselves or use a print-on-demand provider or some other production partner.

Re: Shipping/Printify

I agree with @BagmakerSupply . It is the seller's responsibility to ensure a smooth and timely flow that results in buyers receiving their orders as promised.

@TechTimeWithT If you cannot depend on your supplier to ship your orders promptly, then you need to source a more dependable production partner. But you have other issues. You have not completed your shop policies and you do not have a privacy policy. You also state that the glasses are "FDA certified". FDA does not inspect or certify food containers. They set rules and guidelines defining appropriate use for certain materials. If the material meets these rules and guidelines, it is considered to be "FDA compliant". However, it is not certified, regardless of what your supplier may be telling you. To be certified, the FDA would have to inspect it and they do not do inspections for these types of products. I would be careful stating it is FDA certified because that is untrue and could lead to problems down the road.
