Shipping Labels not Populating Item Dimensions and Weight.

Please check calculated shipping label processes. Been a seller for more than 5 years with no changes on my end. I am not the only seller that is having the issue where calculated shipping labels are not populating item dimension and weight. We have our item listings complete with weight and dimensions. Customers are able to see the calculations and pay. But the label system is not populating the calculated information for us. Yes, we can do it manually, but for high volume shops, this is not convenient.

I am having the same issue and my international orders on postage is more after I have solved to problem manually which is costing me quite a bit more to ship, any resolve yet

When a customer buys more than one of my heavy products which should each ship in its own box, the Etsy system is printing out more than one label; however, it is listing all of the items on each label. Does anyone know how to fix this? I have reached out to Etsy.
