Check if there are any special characters in the address, and try retyping characters like hyphens on your own keyboard (sometimes I just retype everything). Unfortunately if the special characters are included in the prefecture (via the drop down menu) that's a bit of a problem; I have in the past selected a different prefecture and then manually changed it afterwards. Never had a problem with things not arriving but I don't know that it's the best solution as I understand the address is coded into the metadata of the label at the point of purchase. Might need to otherwise try purchasing a label through different means if you can't troubleshoot it.
