I updated my shipping times on the Sell on Etsy App and when I looked on my PC I had errors on all my shipping profiles, It had removed all the shipping methods for all countries ( Royal Mail ) and had also changed my shipping costs for the UK normally £4.95 to £12.00 and it had deleted the USA option altogether. This has happened twice now.
What a pain! Supposedly the Sell on Etsy app is to be discontinued, and the newer Blue Seller app has it's shortcomings. I suggest you use a desktop version until they finish baking the newer one.
