I just ran into this and am unsure if it is just me, but think it needs to be looked into. I went to add shipsurance insurance onto two packages this morning and the shipsurance did not attach. I then tried in an up to date Chrome Browser and it did work. Firefox was up to date and I tried it in a FF private window as well. Can not add shipsurance in Firefox ... Would you all take a look and fix this if it is a bug?
