Shipping Holiday

Per Etsy Policy it states ship by dates may include Holidays however on 1/16/2023 the post office was closed I promptly shipped my items that were ordered at 9;43 pm on Saturday and Sunday on Tuesday  and my shipping rate was dropped to 78% 

My shop is destroyed i went from 179 visits a day to 0

Etsy takes no account of postal holidays -- it is up to you to manage your shipping process to take account of them.
You can either:
Before the holiday, extend your processing times
or
After a sale, push out your shipping date

As for the sudden drop in views, that was most likely pure coincidence. 

You are a relatively new shop, so your "new shop boost" in search results will have worn off -- so your items rely on their own SEO, which is pretty poor. You are not using any tags beyond the Etsy-generated categories. Tags are vital to be found in search. Your descriptions are a single sentence. You also have no location set, no About section and no Policies -- all of which add to your "shop score" which has an effect on search ranking.

may include holidays means that a ship by date can fall on a holiday. Etsy does account for weekends but not for holidays.
