I had a customer buy an anklet, she then later bought an extension chain for that anklet. They are both shipping in the same package. The shipment is going to Australia. I cannot copy the shipping label from the anklet order to the extension chain order. It won't let me, tells me the label number is invalid. I've tried it several ways. How do I complete the order??
