After 800 sales I was placed on Temp Vacation. All issues have been taken care of.
I have been trying for 3 weeks to contact someone at Etsy. They make it impossible to contact them.
I have tried all the phone numbers and sent a ton of emails to different address shown on Etsy but know one will answer.
I did get through once about 2 weeks ago but I could not UNDERSTAND ONE WORD AS THEY DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH!
Just about ready to say "the hell with Etsy".
Can anyone tell me how or who to contact Etsy? Dose anyone have an email address that works to get through to Etsy.
Please help me if you can
Sorry to hear. The only thing I know and it may not be of help, but if you exceed a certain number of orders that haven't been shipped, Etsy will put ones shop on Vacation to allow the shop/seller to catch up with those orders. If you have full-filled all current orders, have you tried support through a call-back? If they cannot help you ask them to escalate. Submit a request – Etsy Help
