Shipping Discount? What Shipping Discount?

Hey all, hoping someone can help please. 
I have a specific product I'm selling, it has the same shipping profile as all my listing, however for some reason everyone from the USA who purchases it, their shipping cost is added and then shown as a minus in their order, as if it's been discounted/given free. I have checked my shipping profile and free shipping isn't even an option. Why is this happening? TIA

No clue, but before you go any further, you have no policies.  Which means you have no seller protection.  Which means any buyer can file a dispute for any reason and pretty much is guaranteed to get 100% of their money back without returning anything.  Etsy is also more likely to put your account on Reserve.

You are in the UK.  Your policies need to be UK/EU compliant.

Do you have the Free Shipping Guarantee activated? Which gives free shipping to US buyers when their cart goes over $35.

I'm in the US and seeing shipping on his products.  No free shipping over $35.

Yeah, I tried to switch over the US view and couldn't see it, but don't know what I'm looking for as we're not eligible for it.

But it's the only thing I could think of where the shipping gets taken away at checkout.
