Shipping After A Certain Amount?

Hi everyone,

I set my shipping to be free after $35 for domestic orders. It has worked but I just received an order and the price was well over $35 but the person paid $10.60 for standard shipping.

I just logged out of my account and added the same items. I added the first item which was below $35 and it already offered free shipping? Then I add the rest of the items and it still shows free shipping?

I don’t know what’s happening. Why am I getting free shipping below $35 and after $35 and why didn’t my customer receive the free shipping?

I feel bad that my customer just paid for shipping when it’s supposed to be free.

Any help is appreciated. I’m located in Sydney, Australia. The order is for Victoria (a different state).

I have no clue what is happening. You could just refund the amount they paid for shipping.

Re: Shipping After A Certain Amount?

I just added enough of your coasters (beautiful by the way) to get the free shipping ($66). Yep, I'm paying for shipping. Same with the mugs. I think you need to check if your free shipping is set up correctly.

When you set up free shipping, there is usually a 'eligible orders ship free' notation on the bottom of the listings. You don't have that. I have it on my listings if you need to see it.

I'm not sure either, but I suggest you look closer at your shipping profiles to make sure everything is correct and check your marketing sales & discounts setup as well.  Make sure everything is correct and saved.  I hope you resolve the issue soon.
