I sent 4 orders with correct tracking this afternoon. One shows completed; the other three show as open.

Did you create 4 labels so the system marks complete on each? Or did you combine 4 items in one box for 4 separate orders. If that then the orders need to be marked complete and tracking added.
If these were 4 separate orders, check later in the day to see if the ssytem catches up plus check shop payment account to see if the labels were bought.
They were 4 separate orders - 4 separate tracking numbers - all purchased at the same time on Pirate Ship.
Puzzling why one would register as shipped and not the others.
The wayward 3 are still showing as open orders.
Etsy seemed to be having some problems today ...
but you can go into your pirateship account, get the tracking # for each order and cut and paste it into the etsy orders.
in Etsy go to the order, click on update progress, you can mark complete and enter the tracking number there - I always use cut and paste to avoid typos. Also watch out for leading and trailing blanks as you do this.
It is weird. Tracking numbers are there and showing but orders are still in the OPEN list.
I am having the same problem. I purchased from pirate ship for 13 orders and one of the orders is still showing as active. It has the correct tracking information in Etsy and the package is now "in transit".
PirateShip's connection to Etsy was glitching earlier today. Likely that is what happened. You will need to manually enter the tracking.
No sure about the OP, but for me, the tracking has been entered into Etsy. And it is still showing as active. So it seems to be a glitch...Not sure how this will affect star seller or if it could trigger a reserve.
Package is already on the way to the customer.
I shipped two orders this morning and marked them as completed and added tracking info. Later in the day I noticed one was still in the new orders list.
It occurred to me that I could try to complete the orders manually but when I type in the tracking numbers to show complete I am being told that the tracking number is already in use for the order!
I am experiencing this same issue, too. Tracking numbers are valid and already connected to the orders, but for some (glitchy?) reason, the orders are not migrating to the completed tab on the sold orders page. Hopefully it will be resolved soon!
@CreativeSpiritGlass: Check the applicable CSV file from your Star Seller page - in particular make sure that *Had processing time?* = yes, *Ship by* has a date, *Tracking/label date* has a date, and *Shipped on time?* = yes. if everything looks okay then in theory you should be okay (especially for Star Seller).
Seems to be fixed now. Correct outstanding number showing.
