Shipment performance

Hey there!

I received an oder of 2 items. One of those was a digital item, the other one not. The item to be shipped had an price <10€. Together it was >10€.

I have not shipped it as package, so without a tracking number. Why is this decreasing my shipment performance rate just because the total amount is above 10€?? Shoudn't digital items be removed from this rule?

Unfortunately it can't separate digital and physical in 1 order.

As the total amount of the items on the order is over €10, it would require tracking for SS.

Understood, thanks. But I would like to  strongly recommend to fix this as it absolutely makes no sense from a sellers point of view and is very disappointing!

It's because you did not use tracking. I've a combo orders where the buyer purchases 1 digital and 1 physical. I mail the physical with tracking and it counts.
