Ship by date glitch

I was trying to update my ship by date for an order and it glitched when I tried to move the date out and set it for today! I cannot ship today and it can only be changed once. 

I need help setting it to Oct 20th. Is there anything that can be done in the background. 

I don't want this to hurt my Star Seller since I didn't set it for today.

I don't think anything can be done but you could try contacting Etsy support.

You  would need to contact Etsy Support. (Good luck with that.) We are just other sellers so we can't do anything.

My ship by date ended up on Sunday, tomorrow and I just updated it for the 11 on Tuesday because Monday is a no ship holiday. The update didn't take like it was suppose to and landed it on Monday the 10th. Etsy is such a big mess.

Ya something is going on with the ship dates.

This has happened to me as well. Hopefully you can contact Etsy to help, because you cannot change the date again on your own.

Thank you all. I contacted support and they told me there is nothing they can do and that I had to post a forum here regarding it?! 

So, is this a community of other sellers? I appreciate all of your replies. They just made it sound like this was where we could get it fixed! Lol.

Yes, just other sellers here. There have been some helpful posts by moderators here recently, but that's pretty infrequent.

Sorry they couldn't help you with the glitch. It's been around for a while, but I guess it's not a priority to fix it.

Same thing happened to me.  It has happened multiple times and they can never give me a fix. Sad when you are being held accountable for star seller with these.

I am also having a problem with the 'ship by' date for 3 sales.

I updated several orders (July 4th weekend) most are fine. 3 Orders are not OK- I emailed the buyers and updated the dates BUT I am getting a red late shipping note in my sild section.

The original 'ship by' date was July 5- I changed it to July 6 - the orders are now saying I was supposed to ship YESTERDAY- that makes no sense.....I contacted Etsy and did what they told me to do.

I have logged out and back into my shop. Made sure Chrome is updated, Turning the computer off and on. Cleared the cache. Nothing works.

I am worried about my star seller status!
