Ship By Dates Fouled Up!

I KNEW I had an order to ship this Tuesday. I checked 8am MST this morning and all of a sudden it says Ship Today!

So I hustle it into todays shipments but didn't have it ready in time so went to change ship byu date to tomorrow, Tuesday.

When I go to change ship by date it says "Original Ship By Date Tuesday June 24" yet still has "Ship Today" designation.... I knw time zones can mess with this but this ridiculous!

We get "graded" on shipping dates and Etsy messes with them! ALL my orders say ship 1-2 days YET Etsy will change that to 5-7 days which is not what I do!

If Etsy wants us to have 95% accurate ship by dates how about quit messing with us and confusing matters!

FIX IT!

Today was/IS Tuesday according to Etsy!

As I said it's been Monday ALL DAY and Etsy telling me to "ship today".

How are we expected to give great customer service when Etsy is providing false information and making our lives harder? I didn't need to stress sizing half a dozen rings and I shouldn't of had to! It was ALWAYS ship on Tuesday then Etsy changed it! Siomple as that!
