Problem with featured listings

Some of my previously featured listings expired (so I renewed them);  but when I went in to manage featured listings,  I can't put any new items in the queue nor can I change the existing featured listings.

Since this appears to be an ongoing technical issue with featured items;  has anyone found a fix or "go around" to get it done?

Sometimes is works immediately and sometimes it takes hours.

Yes, I have had this happen to me also.  I usually just give up and try it the next day.  It almost always works then.

The only thing that works for me is this: On a Desktop/Web browser (NOT on mobile or app) Go to your listings page, then click the "star" on each one you want to be shown (maximum of 4) Then go to the right hand side of the listings page under "listing status" and select the "featured listings" box, it should then show the 4 you selected (and you can deselect any others you don't want shown) After this it can take a while refresh it and actually show the updated featured listings on your page. Takes anywhere from 15 mins to an hour to actually update it when I do it. This works for some people but one guy on here said it didn't work for him, its worth a try though
