I have been on track for star seller and have maintained every aspect of it this month, but suddenly it is appearing like I did not ship/track an order. All of my shipping is purchased directly on the Etsy app, so I don’t understand. Is there some kind of glitch?

@EpoxyRoxyDesign, after checking your On-Time shipping metric, it appears that the tracking number for the order that is affecting your Star Seller was purchased outside of Etsy and it can't also be tracked on the carrier's website. It is possible that the number being entered may not be the tracking number, or a slight error may have been made in entering the number. Please check the carrier and the tracking number match. If the carrier and tracking numbers do not match, this will count as an invalid tracking number. You can also check our help center article explaining how to add or edit a tracking number.

Look at the CSV to see what orders are reducing the stats. Check to see when you did ship and did the packages end up in transit within the processing time frame.
I had the same thing happen to me today. They were due to send out today but I dropped off yesterday at the post office since today was a holiday. It is showing that 3 of mine were not on time now.
