When we send a message to a customer it sometimes ends up in our inbox. This happens when there is no previous messages from the customer.
I presume archiving this message without replying to ourselves is okay and does not effect Star Seller...
Yes, yes, sent messages DO end up in your inbox. It's a glitch that Etsy is supposedly working on. And supposedly, they do actually "send". Happened to me earlier this week.
