Sending coupon

I can't send discount coupons anymore, there is no message icon on the costumer profile which favorited my item.

You cannot contact people who favorite an item or your shop in order to send coupons to them.  It's not allowed and doing so can get your messaging privileges revoked.

You can use Etsy's Targeted Offer coupons:

You can’t do it manually but you can set it up automatically. Below are the instructions.
