Seller not receiving messages?

Hi all,

I'm a seller but also I buy a lot of stuff on etsy, and I've been sending an inquiry message for several days to a seller, and have had no response at all. Her shop says she "usually responds in a few hours."

She might not work on the weekend? She might be ill? Something else could have come up.

If it's just an enquiry, perhaps give it time or find another shop selling something similar. If it's about an order that you've placed, you can open a case if the order doesn't get shipped.
