Why am i unable to speak to someone as a seller on etsy? I need customer service.

@Merchanted  :  You can open a support ticket through Dashboard > Community & Help > Contact Us.  Sometimes chat and call back are available depending on your issue, the current time, and other nebulous factors.

Have you tried Contact us?  It's located in the Shop manager under Community.
