Seller cannot see my reply in Etsy message

I need help.

A Seller message me 3 times, and I replied 3 times, But seller never received my reply, and there is no "History"/ "record" of any of our previous message....

Maybe Etsy may have mistakenly flagged it as spam? Have you tried emailing them directly? You should have their email address in the order history.

Unfortunately, the message is about some information before making a purchase, hence i don't have their email...

Not in spam folder. One of the buyer said, she sent the message and then the message just disappear....and she finally be able to see my reply after re-sending the 3rd or 4th message
