Seller app closes when clicking on a listing.

I just updated my IPHONE to 16.1 in the last 24 hours.  When I attempt to open or click on a listing, the seller app closes. I have reinstalled the seller app since this started, and it is still closing.  Please Help

Same here, the (orange version) Etsy seller app is crashing whenever anything is clicked on. the newer (trial?) blue version of the seller app is working but I find the layout and menus  very messy and full of features I don't want on an app - thats what the website is for. (This has been posted already in the forums)

I’ve been having the same issue today. I did a chat with customer service and they are supposed to look into it. But I am still having this issue. I cannot do anything with my listings without it crashing. Please fix it!

I use the orange older app and  also crashing on some features!!

Yep it's happening on both the app and on PC, thus making it difficult to do anything on Etsy anymore!
