Curious as a seller I've submitted all legal paperwork that has been requested of me! My account has been on mandatory "vacation mode" for almost 10 days , with no further emails or requests! Is there not a "real" seller support customer service available??? Website is giving conflicting information, " website is down" yet another page says it's fine!!!!
Doing business is difficult enough, so unprofessional!

OP, it could be weeks before verification is completed as Etsy has subcontracted the process to an outside firm. It will be easier if all details match, such as name on bank account, name on driver's license or passport, and correct tax identification number. As suggested, go to the Help Center and open a request by email. Be patient.
