I had gone to my dashboard where I could bulk edit my processing times on my listings - which I did. After receiving orders and noticing the processing times I realized that the bulk edit for this is in fact not working. That was weeks ago. They said I would have to go into each and every listing and change it there which I did - only to find out that still many of them did not change. I called Etsy again yesterday to escalate this situation. They say that the technicians are aware of it and are working on it. Sellers take a look at your processing times - don't rely on the bulk edit and be aware that even changing them on the listing itself could be an issue. If any of you are having this same issue, which you must, please contact support and report it so they take care of it. This is not a good listing tool to have broken. Yet how many times do you see where they are urging you to check your processing times??
Not sure about bulk edit - but processing times can be done in your settings- shipping settings- shipping profiles.
Yes, I am aware - they are not working either. The only way to fix your times is to physically go to each listing. And even then, I still found they made mistakes

I appreciate this response but Etsy already confirmed to me that the feature they have for doing it isn't working and it hasn't worked and it should. Lots of glitches on this site. I just fixed them all manually - didn't want to trust anything else. Thank you.
