I'm not sure if this is happening to anyone else, but my phone number is printing on my UPS labels purchased through Etsy. My phone number is shown under my name on the return address part of the UPS shipping label. When I contacted Etsy's customer service to have my phone number removed, I was told this is something that can't be changed at this time. I just wanted to make others aware.

This is so frustrating, I don't like that my phone number shows, from the UPS store, to the driver to the customer to just have that doesn't sit right with me and this is only happening with UPS labels not USPS. I hope this gets fix.
I reported it and Etsy asked me if I contacted UPS to tell them about the problem. LOL! I told him no because it's an Etsy problem, not a UPS problem. Good grief!
It is standard for both the sender's and recipient's phone numbers to appear on UPS labels. Perhaps the process of how Etsy gets the labels has changed.
On the UPS labels that I purchase through Etsy, only my phone number shows on the label. The buyer's phone number isn't printed on the label.
When I purchase UPS labels from other sites, my phone number doesn't print on the label.
