Seller Mobile app can’t click favorites of buyers

On the app, when someone favorited one of my shop’s items I could not only view that person’s favorites list, but I could also click on those items in their list to view them myself. I can no longer click the items. There is even an “add to cart” button under them that I cannot click. 

the app is updated and I am using iOS 18. Are there any suggestions on why this has changed or how to fix it?

You don’t need to see anyone’s favorites. Etsy has a private favorites option and it sounds like this person was right to choose that.

I can see their favorites list. I look because sometimes there’s something interesting that I may want to purchase. If there’s an option right there under the images to put in cart, I should be able to click on the item like I always have been able to do.

@AnamaysAttic  on the app go to 'Home' and click on 'recent activity' that way you can click and see other favourites that shoppers have favourited.  I sometimes look at what they have in their lists as I like to see what other interesting things there are without having to do a tedious search myself. BUT the list of shoppers who favourited things in your shop is not always the same as the list you see when when you click through from a favourite notification - some missing, some extras.

I wish I could add screen shots. This is what I have always done: I click on News and Activity. I see that Mr. X has favorited one of my listings. I click on that so I can see all the other things Mr. X has favorited. There is something in his favorites that I really like. I would love to find out more about it. Before about 3 weeks ago I could click on that listing right there and be brought to the listing. Now I cannot click on them anymore. BUT now it also shows an “add to cart” button on all these things Mr. X favorited. So I should at least be able to click on that- that’s why it’s there. But I can’t even do that. 
Are you all understanding my issue now?

I understand and noticed it a couple of weeks ago?? Another person’s favorites are viewable but not directly “clickable” to expand and see the listing or seller details. 
I really can’t confirm that it is a new thing…just something that I noticed recently. Maybe I was always on webpage when I looked at favs in the past??

I understand completely and am experiencing the same thing. Not sure if it's a glitch or due to an app update. More willy-nilly randomness of unpredictable life as an Etsy seller

I also quite miss the ease of this feature, and found many of my favorite purchases on Etsy this way.

Lists that aren't set to private can still be seen in their entirety, but are no longer interactive.
