My shipping stats show that 2 items were not shipped. One item a sheet was the second item purchased by same person. I did not realized I needed to report both as shipped, they were shipped together?
The other item was shipped however did not have tracking # and at that time Etsy did not have a box to check for lost tracking?
Anyone know how to resolve this?

If you combine orders into 1 shipping, then you have to enter the same tracking number in the "Complete" section of both orders.
Not sure how it would work if no tracking is used, but assume you still have to select the complete button on the order, to say it has been dispatched.
Either way, there is only a small window to edit the tracking & completion of an order. Not much you can do if that window is closed.
If you ship multiple orders from the same buyer together, you must enter the same tracking number for each order.
If you ship without tracking you still need to complete the order by selecting no tracking or in person delivery/pickup. I believe Etsy rules say that US sellers must have tracking on all orders, so it will likely still count against you for SS and the new Etsy Customer Service requirements if you ship without tracking.
if you ship 2 packages together
you need to mark as complete, and put the tracking number in there, before the ship-by date
If you ship and do not put the tracking number in, then it will be counted against you, you have 3 days, or until the dispatch date, whichever is soonest, to add the tracking number and it be counted in your favour.
