I’ve attempted to reach out to Etsy multiple times to no avail, as well as leave feedback to the Etsy Mobile App feedback to find the solution to this issue…. I previously had relied on the Etsy Mobile app to notify me of new orders, and have had multiple Etsy shops running simultaneously. Now for some reason I am not receiving order notifications from whichever Etsy storefront is not actively logged in (this never was an issue before - I would receive the notifications from either store) This has now caused me to miss sales and then potentially receive negative reviews. I’ve had to turn vacation mode on for an extended length of time as I can’t constantly be checking my app to see if sales have come in while trying to resolve this issue. Anyone know the solution to this? I’ve done all the obvious things to try and correct this. 🤷🏻
A number of sellers are having that problem. The best thing to do is check your shop a few times a day for any sales. It only takes a few seconds to check.

@LilTeaberryCottage: Unfortunately this forum is full of threads about issues with app and eMail notifications. The consensus is that a seller needs to check their shop for messages and orders at least daily via a browser until these issues are resolved.
