So recently i added a two factor authentication, by google authenticator app . I just removed etsy from the authenticator app now wht should i do ? 
am unable to turn off it because it requires that code . 
is there any other option where i can verify it ? Through my Email or any other way?

If I understand your question, I think you should have turned off 2FA before you removed it.  But maybe you can find some answers here:

@vinlyeestudios: Doesn't the Google Authenticator App have some sort of restore function so you can add Etsy back?

Check your google account, there should be a back up there. If not use one of your back up codes
