Security code problem

Hello,

I can’t get my 6 digit security code (through SMS)  while I am trying to login from my computer or ipad. The account remains opened in my mobile phone luckily. So it is a chance for me to write my problem through my mobile phone. Could you please help me to login through my computer.

Note: I have an access to my registered mail.

you can re-generate another 10 backup security codes, so you can get in on other devices, until you can sort out the problem

Thank you for your answer, but the problem is that I can only access to Etsy seller app in my mobile phone, so I cannot get any backup codes from the app, if you know how to do it with the app, please help me, thanks in advance.

Switch off the 2fa.

When you initially set up 2fa, you are asked to print 10 backup codes to use and to keep them in a safe place.  This is standard practice with most 2fa using sites,

I try to switch off 2fa, again security code is requested it is like a loop

I mean, to switch off 2fa, it is requested to enter security code
