Security code - Backup code

Hello,

I need help or any advice cause I no longer receive the security code and I no longer have access to the regeneration of backup codes on my Etsy account.

Is there a problem with the etsy seller accounts? Or has the backup code generation page been moved elsewhere? 

I don't understand what's going on lately with etsy account access?!

can you generate some backup codes from your security tab of your account?
