Dashboard showing an order that isn't appearing in the order screen

I saw an email coming through last night with the order but it isn't in my order screen. I checked my payment account and it looks like they credited me the money but when I click on the order number, it goes to a page that says "Uh oh this page is not available"

I have tried everything to get ahold of seller support and I can't even find a place to fill out a form for help.

App or Etsy.com?  Have you tried logging out and then back in?  Might not be updating correctly.

Disney shop.  Maybe it finally caught up with ya?  A lot of recent reports of deactivations right after sales.  Maybe the sale was automatically turned down, in your case?
