Some of my customers are receiving a Security message when accessing my website. The message they are receiving is: " Warning: Potential Security Risk a head. Firefox detected potential security Thread and did not continue to WWW.asweetgift.etsy.com. If you visit this site, attackers could try to steal information like passwords, emails or credit card details. Notify your Website administrator." Do any knows how I can report this?
I just signed out , copy and pasted your link , and it went through no problem. I did it on Chrome incognito, Firefox and Safari. All good.
Thank you. I also did it in Chrome and I had not a problem. It could be Firefox and the version they are using.
I clicked on your link in your post- all fine. I typed in your shop name at Etsy . Com -all fine using chrome. I was not incognito. Maybe they mistyped something? Certainly would be troublesome if true.
Thank you for checking.
I wonder if it's related to the recent chrome update issue that was giving a weird "you have been blocked" message when some sellers tried to access their shops. From what I read in those threads it was happening more with windows 10.
@WitticismsRus
There were some chrome update issues??? Jeeez... What happened? What should we be looking out for???
This can be the situation with Chrome and probably with the other browsers too and the Windows versions. Thank you for your comments.
This is coming from their computer, not Etsy.
They need to check and make sure, that their internet security and virus protection has been updated. Even when set to automatic updates, it sometimes misses the installation set up.
